Hi, I have tried
http://store.bearextender.com/pages/...e-compatiblity (Click on BearExtender 1200/Mini/Original customers)
and

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/top...rt537x-rt5572/

Unfortunately i could not get it to work on Yosemite.

I'm testing with a D-Link DWA-125 which worked fine on Lion, now it's not even blinking the lights
It shows up as USB device on Sys Info:

802.11 bg WLAN:

Product ID: 0x3c07
Vendor ID: 0x07d1 (D-Link System)
Version: 0.01
Speed: Up to 480 Mb/sec
Manufacturer: Ralink
Location ID: 0x26200000 / 2
Current Available (mA): 500
Current Required (mA): Unknown (Device has not been configured)

*I verified that S/L/E contains RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext and /L/F contains RawLAPI.framework.

*I went to "Ralink Wireless Utility" under Applications, and ran manually WirelessUtility exec, but I'm getting this error:

MacBook:~ abc$ /Applications/Ralink\ Wireless\ Utility/WirelessUtility.app/Contents/MacOS/WirelessUtility ; exit;
2014-12-08 14:39:24.561 WirelessUtility[346:4438] Failed to connect (TaskQueue) outlet from (SiteSurveyPageController) to (TaskQueue):

and so on...

:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

any ideas??

This worked for me. I'm running OS X 10.10.1 and have a Belkin model F5D8053. I think this has the RT2870 gizzards.

The software saves profiles and connects automatically.

Looks like a simplified version of the one from Ralink/MediaTek, which stopped working in Yosemite.

Thank you @pelado BearExtender worked perfectly for me. :thumbup:

Thank you it worked! Is it possibile to hide the utility at the startup? I select hide in account settings but it doesn't work.
