Does anybody know how to make a RAID in Windows?

For the Gigabyte boards it is done in the BiOS. On your ASUS board it would be the same if your board supports RAiD. Check the MOBO manual. ASUS boards are solid and I would be surprised if it doesn't support RAiD.

"Asylum Design" Higher up in this post seems to have it working. But I have not had any success with that yet.

The Marvell hardware RAID works fine if you have the Marvell ports on your board (which is what Asylum Designer is talking about in this thread). However it has issues--see earlier posts...
