Any one knows how to make this work on SL?

Or any other suggestion for an internal Raid Card?

It does work in Snow Leopard natively - but won't boot on a real Mac Pro.
I have read of people getting them working for boot drives. I have one here and am going to give it a try going in the next few days if I can't get a normal software raid going.
