Radeon RX 580 - Screen flashing during boot

Same here, i had 3 cards, RX 560, RX 570, RX 470. All behave the same, flashing during the second stage of booting, now with 10.14.5 beta 2, i get more glitches (a few colorful lines on the top, and then flash) at the second stage boot.

Purple lines I would guess? Doing the same here with 10.14.5 beta 2 drivers on top of 10.14.4.

After long and heavy stress over GPU
The result was ;

Fans start spinng with speed 17% when Temp. reach 50 c
Then fan speed was between 20% to 23% when Temp. reach 70 c
Then fan speed was 27 % when Temp. reach 76 c

Max Temp. over all 77 c
Max fan speed over all 27 %

Yes, it is the same. It does not matter to me, don’t even care to fix it.

You're right, it's ugly but it's not something that prevents our hacks to work correctly.

Latest WEG can remove purple lines, but flashing screen and noise still exist.

You mean white flash? Yes, still there but I've patched the framebuffer (Dayman in my case) to get rid of some annoying noise or flickering.

However, I think most folks and gals use Whatevergreen these days and it's supposed to handle the framebuffer thing quite correctly in most cases (not mine, hence the use of Clover framebuffer patching on the fly...).
