Entire AMD GVA support is broken on 10.14.5 beta 1, no AMD GVA H264/HEVC encoder / decoder at all.

On 10.14.5 beta 2, H264 green artifacts issue gone, RX4XX/5XX IOGVA fully supported, no dummy kext is required.

I don’t use Netflix.

RX4XX/5XX has built-in HDCP support, when IOGVA support is enabled and running in DGPU standalone mode, native support hardware DRM decoding, meet FairPlay 2.0 specification, does not need shiki or WEG.

If DRM streaming not work, try reset DRM configuration.
