Since updating to the latest beta, my system has experienced random lag/freeze twice now while Safari is open. Never had this issue with beta 3 and below.

With my Xeon E5 2680v2 with SMBIOS iMacPro1.1 not work mouse and keyboard, but all works. I have use MacPro6.1. Works Netflix with Safari??? Not to me, HTML5 or Silverlight not support.

Dummy kext enable IOGVACodec support, when IOGVACodec set to AMDU6V3 then HW DRM decoding work.



IOGVACodec already enabled but DRM broken is another issue, no relevant to dummy kext.

If beta 2/3 kexts not help, just restore original kexts and apply dummy kext, waiting for next release.

Frankly, I've just tried the kext replacement but maybe doing a real update when the official 10.14.5 will be released could resolve things?

And no, didn't tried the DRM reset.

Hello! I upgraded to 10.14.5 (18F127a) and I had some problems. The Radeon 580 is very hot and the spinners are very noisy. The processor has become more heated. Rendering speed is lower. I noticed all this when I turned on the render video in Davinci. In the previous beta version, everything was fine. What was remembered in the new beta and what to do? Look my efi can something needs to be changed to add exclude?

The only way I was able to fix iTunes DRM together with FCPX was using SMBIOS iMacPro1,1 and disabling iGPU in BIOS. I am using 10.14.4. No beta just normal release.

I am using iMacPro1,1. Unfortunately I have not had any success with other SMBIOS profiles.

With SMBIOS iMacPro1,1 everything is working perfect (all native) with macOS Mojave 10.14.5
iTunes DRM: OK
FCPX: OK
Netfilx in Safari: OK
H264: OK
HVEC: OK
JPEG Preview: OK (don't need NoVPAJpeg.kext anymore)

PS: I've moved from iMac15,1 to iMacPro1,1. No issues.

Find: BA050000 00
Replace: BA000000 00

I have to use WhateverGreen to get past the black screen at Desktop on boot.
