Radeon HD 6850 Way too loud!

I am having an issue with my Gigabyte HD 6850. The Fans are spinning at max all the time. Is there a way to control this?

Here the specs of my Hack:
Gigabyte H81M-DS2V
Intel Core i3 4130
8GB HyperX Fury DDR3 RAM
Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850
Samsung 850 Evo 500GB
TP-Link N900 Wifi Card

ATY i.e ATI 6850 is coming under PEGP should be under GFX0. Native Powermanagement isn't implemented neither which doesn't help things.

Yes. Need to rename PEGP to GFX0 add to ACPI, DSDT, Patches in config. Create a SSDT to implement Native Powermanagement. Quick Guide to Generate a SSDT for CPU Power Management

change PEGP to GFX0
Find <50454750>
Replace <47465830>
