Radeon Compatibility Guide - ATI/AMD Graphics Cards

Before I sink any money into updating my desktop, what are the odds that my issues with trying to connect multiple displays to my Vega 56 (seems like the video card crashes?) are tied to my system using legacy BIOS, rather than UEFI?

I have currently a Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 64 running (macOS 10.14.5 Beta 2 and SMBIOS 19,1).
The fans are controlled correctly but when using DP (doesn’t matter which one of both) I have mouse lag problems... when using HDMI it seems fine so far. Does anyone have an idea how I could fix it, would like to use DP :/ or should I choose an other card since it sadly isn’t reference design (2 HDMI and 2 DP vs 1 HDMI and 3 DP).
Will try different framebuffers tomorrow, maybe that will help...

Is it to HEVC codec?!
I checked hardware decode in VLC settings.

Hi mates,
I'm trying to patch a Firepro M6100 in a DELL Precisio M6800
DCPIManager's status page shows the card as AMD FirePro M6100 but in the PCIList the card is named Saturn HD8950. Why??
In system report the card is recognizes as AMD FirePro M6100 too.
If I turn off Integrated Graphics in BIOS, I only have hdmi output. No displayport. No VGA. No Internal display.
If I turn on Integrated Graphics in BIOS I have Internal display managed by the Intel HD4600 and hdmi turn on the external display but without image and is recognized by OsX in system report.

Why RADEON BIOS DECODE & REDSOCK BIOS DECODER show me 6 outputs if I have 4 phisycal outputs?

The card is managed by AMD8000Controller.kext where only are Exmoor and Baladi. The two with 6 outputs.
How I patch this if I know only 4 of the 6 connectors I got?

I think the AMD Radeon VII is a great option now that 10.14.5 is official. Mine is rock solid.

I am wanting a card that is silent (i.e. fans stop) when it is not under load. I am happy for fans to spin up when under load. Many cards Radeon advertise this but I'm not sure if it is only when on Windows (i.e. it is controlled by drivers) or if it works perfect under macOS (as it is done at a card/firmware? level).
Can anybody offer any experiences? I know certain RX560 ones are confirmed to do this, but I am struggling to source an RX560 where I am so and RX570 is more likely.
