r7 250 HDMI Audio doesn't work in High Sierra

I make a full working hackintosh and all is good but my r7 250 from sapphire (the 2gb ddr3 model) have a HDMI Audio Problem, see screenshoots for more system details!

my components:
CPU - i7 6700K (OC 4.5GHz)
MOBO - Z170i
RAM - 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (OC) 2666MHz (STANDARD)
GPU - R7 250 SAPPHIRE (2GB DDR3)

yes, i try this tutorial.. but onestly is too difficult for me, im a beginner in hackintosh, i know all kext clover base/mid difficult scripts and all install things, but in post install im a noob... so i really dont know how to do this tutorial :c

where i modify SIP and how, Intel: HDMI displays only, disconnected DP display and what is and how i modify it, Duble Click and what, answer y/n wuestion and about what?

(yes, i know... im a really noob... please tell me every singe thing to do... and thx for your time and sorry if im this noob :c )

SIP enabled or disabled, OK means either setting is fine; nothing to do. Suggest Search: SIP

HDMI displays only

DisplayPort Audio is native, HDMI audio is not. Are you using the HDMI port on the graphics card? If yes, answer the HDMI connector question yes. Simple.

Duble Click and what, answer y/n wuestion and about what?

Run the script or don't, your choice.

i still dont understand all, but i do this steps:
install audio_cloverhdmi.zip
unpack the zip
open ccc and press on mount partition
and i run the audio_cloverhdmi as you can see from the screen, but nothing changed after a restart

script says: "Nvidia HDMI audio is enabled"
Means nothing happened. Installing a new method on top of a method that is not working ensures the new method will not work.

thx for your time, before i installed nvidiawebdriver.kext, can be this the problem? (sorry if im that stupid but how can i install a new method? and what is a method in this case)

No and you don't need the web drivers; macOS supoports your 7750.
