Hello Guys,
I have some questions about patches ACPI files.
I come from the notebook section, I already made mac OS on 3 notebooks working, but the desktop section is really new to me.
To get things working on notebooks I need to implement ACPI files and patch them. I used @RehabMan guide to patch DSDT/SSDT and applied the common patches for notebooks, but my question is if there is a thread where I can find some information about necessary or common patches for desktops.
At the moment I´m running OS X El Capitan, I´m going to update to mac OS High Sierra in the future.
The mainboard I´m using is the Z87 Pro WIFI from ASUS.
I also made a little bit of research and found a repo especially for ASUS mainboard by @PJALM.
I implemented the common renames that are listed in RehabMans "hotpatch" guide to my config.plist.
I attached my Clover folder as zip, maybe someone can give me feedback what I can improve or what I should change.
I will be glad when someone can answer my questions
