May I ask...

I were to buy a USB WIFI module supporting MAC OSX, it has a driver DVD for MAC.

Can I just plug in the USB WIFI, and install the drivers via DVD rather then using uniBeast?

UniBeast is used to install OS X. MultiBeast is used to install needed drivers post-install. MultiBeast does not have any drivers for USB WiFi modules.

If you buy a USB WiFi dongle and it comes with a driver DVD containing Mac drivers, then use the DVD to install the drivers.
