question about new CustoMacs

the mobos that are chosen in the updated custoMacs have the sata 6gb/s hardware but the hardrive is the sata 3gb/s, will you get better results with a 6gb/s hardrive or does it not matter?

If you have a choice, choose 6gbs hardware, although with a magnetic drive (old style/mechanical) testing reveals little different as the transfer rates for these media is well within the 3gbs bandwith. However the latest 6gbs ssd's eg the ocz vertex/agility 3 will readily benfit from the improved bandwith and speeds.
