Qualcom Atheros AR8162 Issues (Am I the only one?)

Hey everyone. I recently got Mavericks 10.9.4 on my Toshiba Satelitte s955. It has a Qualcom Atheros AR8162 PIC-E NIC. Every kext I've tried fails to initialize the NIC. I'm currently talking with Mieze from InsanelyMac forums and she's trying to see if she can edit her custom driver for the AR81xx to see if it can enable the hardware. But while we wait I must ask, does anyone else have this issue? I have a UEFI motherboard and I'm using the latest release of Clover with UEFI Only settings. The error I get is this to be exact:

[ALXEthernet] Error: HW is disabled
[ALXEthernet] Error: Unable to initialize ALX adapter structure.
[ALXEthernet] Error: Unable to initialize adapter

Do you have it enabled in BIOS?

Yep! I was reading a post on a foreign website (used google translate) and some guy said it worked with Chameleon but when he tried it with Clover it didn't work. He also said something about "wake on lan" but it was comprehensible.
