QE Open GL on GT520

starting a new thread, though this is a continuation of an old one, as it seems to be mostly (or at least first) an open GL issue.

i7 3930k
Asus ENGT520 silent

I've tried every kext I can find, and have tried the open GL steps I understand (terminal commands and installing kexts)

still no love getting QE or GL as far as I can tell (VLC giving me errors has been my benchmark so far)

is there value in the EFI method or some other tricks to try?

any value in forcing nv_disable=0 in my plist?

also I have 6 sticks of RAM, and the OS doesn't seem to think I have them in the right slots, it tells me so on each boot. I had that as a low priority, but would fixing that slot order, or maxing out the RAM with two more sticks, have an effects on the graphics issue?

this download finally got it working for me:

not sure why I hadn't found it before but in my case it did the trick. good luck!

still can't get two monitors, are you getting two monitors off of the 520?
