[Q]From Snow Leopard to El Capitan or Mavericks?

Hey guys! Its been so long since I did a hackintosh. Approximately 2 years have passed since I used my hackintosh system and now I want to do it again with better hardware!

My current specs right now are:
Intel 4790k
Asus H97M-Plus
Avexir 2x8GB 1600Mhz
Zotac GTX 970
Samsung 840 Evo 120GB
1TB Seagate HDD
500GB Seagate HDD

So its all good and ive been reading some guides right now and i have an uneasy feeling doing it again but I wanna have a hackintosh again just for the kicks. I think I remember installing Snow Leopard and updating to ML but how would I got there to El Capitan? Sorry for posting something unworthy but I am lost right now. I thank you guys in advance for helping!

Yes, you'll need to install with a Snow Leopard retail disc and then you can download El Capitan from the App Store and make your UniBeast installer.

Is El Capitan still buggy? I have tried installing SL in my current system but to no avail. Im using -v -x PCIRootUID=0 and GraphicsEnabler=No it still doesnt work after the verbose screen it just goes black. Do I need to remove my graphics card in order to install this? Is there any way to avoid this?
