Hi everyone.

Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 Rev 1.0 F3
Intel Core i5-2500k
G.Skill RipjawsX 8GB 1333MHz
WD 250GB
Sapphire Vapor-X HD 5770
L 10.7.3

I was wondering if there is any way to get a PS/2 keyboard to work. I need it to work in Chimera as well as Lion.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had one of those and I couldn't get it to work so I gave it away to a friend and now I find myself much happier with a usb one.

Have you tried with the option in multibeast?

Yes, it didn't work. Any other options would be welcome.
Have you controlled the settings in the bios?

I'm using an IBM 13H6705, with the TrackPoint. I plug it into a PS/2->USB converter, and it works fine. I'm still working on getting it properly re-mapped for OS X, but that's another project. Bottom line, OS X sees the PS/2 KB as a USB keyboard, which seems essential. That said, some PS/2->USB converters are more equal than others. For me, the StarTech from TigerDirect worked best. The harder-to-find but supposedly better (because it's "active") Zio adapter just didn't cut it.

Why do you still use PS/2 anyway?
