Protools on Maverick and VR gaming on windows

Hi, i would like to build an hackintosh for sound edit running on Maverick.
Also i would like to play VR games like project cars.

So i need a good cpu but not the best one because sound editing doesn't require it.

Do you that this stuff will run on maverick:
- Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming
- i5-7600
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC Black

Also i will need firewire but i thing i know witch one to buy

You want to run Mavericks (10.9)? If so, then the hardware you choose won't work. Mavericks only has support for Haswell hardware (Intel 8 or 9 series chipsets) several years ago. Kaby Lake hardware like what you have chosen is only supported on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 and High Sierra.
