Problem with starting the installation

I ran into a problem with the installation. System:
GIGABYTE H77-D3H
i7-3770
AMD R9 290X
32GB RAM
240GB SSD- WIN10
240GB SSD -MacOS?
500GB - films/music

Previously, this config was set by Yosemite, El Capitan, High Sierra...
Actually, the latter is also not installed now for reasons I don't understand.

Since the last installation:
added 16GB of memory (2 bars of 8).
Changed the BIOS on the video card under 390X
Well, I added 1 SSD disk...
*maybe these upgrades have some effect...

The installation is performed all the time at the same stage on Mojave, Catalina, and hi-Sierra distributions

Can someone tell me, I'm sure that some little thing, that's just what...

Turned off SuperIO. This did not lead to any results. Uploaded BIOS settings. I hope for help.
