Problem with internal laptop lcd in hackintosh dell 7570

I have a dual boot windows 10 and macos 10.13.6, but when i booted with macos, only get signal on hdmi plug, but mi internal lcd only controlling a brightness, but no video.

Have you managed to get it working?
Thinking about getting same model just for 4K monitor.
Obviously would need it to work
