Problem with installing El Capitan on working Yosemite machine

I have fully working Acer v5-573g with Yosemite on it - all patched with DSDT and additional kexts. I haven't got any problems with updates and everything. The only problem that I'm facing right now is with upgrading to El Capitan. I'm receiving this error just after booting into installer from newest Clover:

This message appears both with upgrading and installing fresh El Capitan. Can someone help?
Of course I disabled SIP. config.plist was working fine under Yosemite and Mavericks.

OK I actually fixed it myself following the instruction left by Kylec: "Memory problem. Search this forum for "kmem_suballoc failed"."

All I had to do in fact was to add my RAM memory in the smbios of config.plist using clover configurator.
This will fix the Kernel Panic problem however that was not the end of my problems.

I still could not boot into El Capitan install and got stuck at the "Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport".
This error was in fact coming from my BCM94352HMB card not having the latest kext.
I had to put the kexts: BrcmFirmwareData and BrcmPatchRAM2 in the EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other folder then I could finally boot. Big thanks to RehabMan for that.

A word of caution though, I thought that by booting the installer, I would have a choice to actually cancel the installation and go back to Yosemite to do some backup before upgrading. This is not the case, once you boot, it will do the upgrade to el capitan without asking for your opinion. I was a bit scared as I hadn't backed up at the time but in the end all turned out to be good. After booting into el capitan I had to reapply applehda patch and change a couple of KEXT patches and now everything except continuity/hands off is working fine (still looking at this one).
