Hi,

I'm Vincenzo from Italy. I have problems with Yosemite installation. My hackintosh is:

- Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD7 TH
- Intel Core i7-4790k processor
- 24gb Ram G.Skill 2400mhz
- GeForce GTX 970

Can you help me with installation, please? Everytime I try to install, it stops.

I just did an install with similar hardware.

Are you booting via UEFI off the USB disk? Are you using Clover? I suggest both. Update to latest BIOS first. In BIOS, load Optimized Settings, then go to your memory setup and load the XMP profile for your RAM. Also, with your video card, you can leave it installed during installation and hook your monitor up to it the entire time, just enter the boot arg "nv_disable=1" throughout installation. Disable the onboard video in the BIOS as well. Once you get to the point of installing the NVIDIA Web Drivers, and it tells you to reboot, you can stop using that boot arg.

This guide really helped me out, the Clover section:

If you need any help let me/us know!
