[Problem] Wifi dont work / clover Settings reset after reboot

hello i have a problem my wlan wont work , i have downloaded the kext
RT2870USBWirelessDriver.kext

and is inserted , but wlan wont show



specs:

Dell Precision T3500

GTX 1060 - 6GB -> system say 7 mb or 256 mb (think because webdriver is not installed, because only wlan here)

intel w3690

18 GB RAM -> system say 20gb ? wth?

MSI US54EX Wlan stick (RT2870)

Mac High Sierra 10.13.6

i have read here over bear extender sotware , but this was or a older mac version , need i this in the newer mac to?
when yes where can i download it or my mac version?

i have currently only wifi so i cant download any with my mac , must download on windows and transfer over usb

, my 2nd problem is my clover usb settings(in boot menu >options) reset after a newstart howo fix that?
boot parameter still there but design , gpu settings and few other not

I have a ralink PCIe wifi card in my hackintosh but be hopeless till now.
