[PROBLEM]MacOS Boot frozen at 0%

My friend and me have tried to install macOS Mojave on a HP Notebook 15-AC625NL with Intel i7-6500U processor and Radeon Graphic R5M330. But when we start the OS, the loading bar appears to be frozen at 0%.
How can we fix it?
 
Not a Desktop - Moved to Laptop Support.
