Im gonna try to help, but I advise you that I moved back to high Sierra again because theres no much information yet about Mojave. Still whats the problem? The installer hangs?

Some info that me and someone who's gonna help need. You booting from unibest usb driver?
If yes than, are you using bootflags?
When you arrive at that las line, the computer totally freeze?
And last but important, you talking about your signature specs? or its another hardware?
Im not expert , but when I can't boot I use -X (safe mode I guess). If I can get to installer than I would install and solve the problem after install. Im not saying its a good practice but it works for me. Tell me if the screen change with that flag.

Can you try the boot flag and post the result?
