Problem during installation (symbol prohibited)

Hello, I followed se tuto -> https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/dell-optiplex-3020-7020-9020-high-sierra-installation.253400/

I wanted to install mojave on my optiplex 3040, I know that the tuto is made for the high sierra and not for a 3040 but I thought it would get closer.
After creating the key, I connect it to the PC. jze boot desus, I start to see the apple apple but everything from a neck a prohibition symbol ! but when I launch clover loading errors appear (see Screenshots)
are the clover errors related?
