Do you have the Card installed in one of the 3 x PCIe x1 slots on your MSI motherboard?
Do you have the PCIe WiFi/BT card connected to one of the two internal USB2 headers that sit along the base/bottom edge of the motherboard?

The Hackintool USB screenshot above shows that only the first 15 USB ports are being activated in your system. Your Bluetooth module is not shown as being present among the 15 ports.

I can only assume you are not using the necessary USB port limit quirk in OpenCore or USB port limit patches in Clover.

I would also wonder if you have added the XHCI to XHC rename patch to your config.plist.

These are the USB ports available on your Motherboard:

Intel® Z390 Chipset

  • 5x USB 3.1 Gen2 (SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps) ports (1 Type-C and 3 Type-A ports on the back panel, 1 Type-C internal connector)
  • 4x USB 3.1 Gen1 (SuperSpeed USB) ports available through the internal USB connectors
  • 6x USB 2.0 (High-speed USB) ports (2 Type-A ports on the back panel, 4 ports available through the internal USB connectors)
I would recommend you have a read and follow UtterDisbelief's USB port configuration guide - https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/the-new-beginners-guide-to-usb-port-configuration.286553/

But make sure you have the Bluetooth cable connected from the PCIe card to one of the two USB2 header ports before you start following the guide.

This image of your MSI motherboard might help.

Screenshot 2021-10-19 at 23.18.41.png USB header ports highlighted.

As might this image of the rear I/O plate from the motherboard.

Screenshot 2021-10-19 at 23.18.52.png

It shows the 2 x USB2 (black) ports on the left side adjacent to the DisplayPort connector.
The Type-C (10) and USB3 port to the right of the HDMI connector.
The 2 x USB3.1 ports (Red) below the Ethernet/Lan port.

On catalina I had no problem while on big sur yes, I don't understand why.
I have attached the wireless / bluetooth card on the PCI_E5 slot and its relative usb on the JUSB3 usb
Via hackintools, IORegistryExplorer or USBMAP it seems to be recognized, what am I wrong?
Should I disable the motherboard wifi / bluetooth card? If yes, I can't do it from the bios.

You don't mention any 'SSxx' ports in any of the images.

All the USB3 ports will have a physical side denoted by an 'SSxx' port number, as well as the virtual/USB2 'HSxx' side. So you are missing approximately half your ports from the configuration/discovery phase.
  • The USB3 internal header, which you identified as port HS10, would have 2 x USB3 and 2 x USB2 ports (4 ports in total) not just one USB2 port.
    • You are missing 3 x ports from the USB3 internal header,.
    • I assume the Internal USB3 connector serves the Blue port (HS10) on the top of your case.
    • Is this a USB3 port on the top of the case?
    • If yes, then is should have a USB3 connector too, something like 'SS10' (possibly)
  • How and where is the magenta coloured port 'HS09' connected?
    • Which header is it connected to the USB3 header or one of the USB2 headers?
    • Which type of port is it USB2 or USB3?
  • The 2 x USB2 Internal header ports, identified as HS13, may be a hub.
    • But I would double check to see if it is in fact 4 x separate ports, as the two headers can provide 4 physical connections for USB2/Internal ports.
    • I assume your Bluetooth is connected to one of these two headers.
You need to enable the Kernel > Quirks > XhciPortLimit option in your OpenCore config.plist for all the USB ports to show. You are probably still working with just the first 15 ports, so none of the USB3 (SSxx) ports are available.

I assume you are testing each Type-A USB port with a USB2 pen drive and then a USB3 pen drive.

The External Type-C port needs to be tested with a Type-C drive/Hub. I have assumed your case doesn't have a Type-C port on the top or front and the internal Type-C header is not used, as you didn't mention it on any of the images you provided.

Your post(s) with links to a GitHub repository are being deleted. Post your message again, but do not add the GitHub link.

You probably need to install Mojave or Catalina on a spare drive, use the XhciPortLimit quirk to enable all your USB ports, create a USBPorts.kext by following the guide linked above in post #2. Then use this new USBPorts.kext in Big Sur, so your USB2, USB3 Type-C and specifically your Bluetooth connection to the Internal USB header port work.

Why I can't see SSxx ports?
If I enable XhciPortLimit I can't login because usb doesn't works.

HS10 and HS09 on top panel case is connected to HS10 of motherboard.

Wifi/Bluetooth pci card is connected to JUSB3

JUSB3 and JUSB4 is recognized like HS13

Read Post #7 above, follow my recommendations. It is probably the only way you are going to get your USB ports working in macOS.

Solved! I have installed Catalina and I have exported by Hackintool USBPorts.kext
