Hey guys,

Hope I have posted this in the right place, just completed my first build and everything works great so far, excluding my interface. The Audient ID software will not open. The device is recognised by the system and is named Audient id22 as it should be. I have tried it in a Hub, in a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 on the back panel.

Has anyone run into the same problem and found a solution?

Please help if you know how!

Hi. I finished my build a few days ago. A guy here had the same components like me so I followed his tutorial.
After it was done my back usb 3.0 wasn't working, only the front ones.
The thing I tried and what bugged me is that he put system definition to iMac 14,2 but with this new hardware I changed to the highest iMac definition in Multibeast. That must have helped because after the restart everything works.
Maybe change the model identifier to iMac as well and try that?

I'm writing this because I also plan on buying Audient iD22 and would be a good thing I see you make it work.
Now I have UAD Apollo Twin but I don't want to invest in Thunderbolt PCi card and TB3 to TB2 adapter.
I was planing on going safe with an USB interface until I saw this post.
Do you have the sound without the software?
