Hi there,
I'm running a hackintosh Monterey 12.1 on Gigabyte Aorus Master z390, i9900k and RX 5700 XT.
Windows 11 is installed on a second internal SSD.
Booting is done by OpenCore 0.7.5.
So far everything is super-stable and all features I need are working fine.
Just for the gaming on the Windows side of things, I could imagine spending the money for a Radeon 6800XT while I can still sell the 5700XT for a reasonable price.
I understand with Monterey 12.1 the newer Radeon cards, like the 6800XT are fully supported?
Can I just swap the card and everything will be fine, or are there any special things (attributes of the card itself, or boot parameters like "pikera", etc.) to watch out for?
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
Cheers,
John
