What about the file on Efi/nvram.plist ?
You can delete it.
Does it update every time I reboot ?
No
If I deleted, will the system create a new one ?
It's using native NVRAM so that file won't be created on the EFI disk anymore.
Your picture would indicate that everything is working properly. You can use hide the volumes you don't want so that you only have macOS and Windows.
