**I'm edition this post to not clutter the forum**
**I will update this thread with pictures of my progress as it goes along

I'm almost ready to to build my Hackintosh in the case

What I have (material)
1x 2004 G5 case with a bump on the top (stripped out by me)
1x 2005 G5 case with no scratches ( stripped out by me)
1x 2Usb3 to 21 pin cable
a fully functioning Hackintosh

To do :
-Buy a filter to put up front of the G5 Probably something like that http://www.ebay.ca/itm/232087868274?ssPageName=STRK:MESINDXX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1436.l2648
-Lime down the firewire port to be able to fit the usb3 cable

-Get a blu ray drive to replace the old superdrive ? ( not a priority)

-Get sound dampening material ?
-Assemble the lot !

The Hack:
My mackintosh has been running fine for about 6 months now.
my part list is as follow
Gigabyte Z170xp-sli ( bios f6)
intel i7 6700k
32gb G.Skill ripsaw 2400
240mm Iao from arctic cooling
4tb+3tb hdd from seagate
120gb ssd from samsung
Evga 770 sc from evga
Broadcom BCM94360CD Dual Band 1300Mbps 802.11AC PCI-E WiFi Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
noctua nf-p12 x2
noctua nf-p12 pwm x2

Every function works as intended, but I'm gonna buy an ssd soon so I can dual boot windows. I'll probably use the opportunity to upgrade my bios and reinstall Sierra because at this moment, my clover is a bit of a mess with like 6 .config files.

I see, I'm about to pull the trigger on the thing, I'll see how it goes.

would soldering the 2 parts be better than jb weld?

I'll upload Pictures of the enclosures as soon as I get home!
