This is such a fine display, thanks for sharing your progress. Just such attention to detail, can't even find the words. Regarding your impressive drill press, do you have to move it manually to drill each hole or does it allow you to program it to do more than one hole on it's own. Possible an dumb question but I've never seen one that looked like that before.

Yes, I drilled every hole and used a piece of G5 grill as a template.

Quite a feat. I've done the same myself, but without a drill press and let me tell you your hand starts to hurt pretty bad by the 300th hole. The fact that you made the housing out of a side door of the case was a great idea, the metal looks great.
