Sure its ok.
The PSU is Sharkoon WPM700 but Motherboard is too old ASUS P8H67.

I am impressed. BTW there are Flex modulars with decent wattage out there now.

@dasboot5 I also somehow thought about these PSUs BUT:
1) The cooling fins of this radiator must be "open / free" to cool. And if you put it into some housing like from G5 PSU (so close) it will be not an efficiently cooling I thought..
2) And these PSUs are only 300-500W, and I wollte to have some reserve of power,
and I took semi-passive 1000W.
