Hey Everyone,

just wondering... the buyer's guide only recommends corsair power supplies, while I could've maybe saved a few bucks going with EVGA or another brand, I went with the Corsair CS series 650w since that series was recommended on this site.

Would say an EVGA bronze (50-60$ cheaper) work fine? do psu's even matter in terms of mac os compatibility?

hopefully someone could clarify

When it comes to Power Supplies, I believe it is a universal part. I have used Fractal Design, Corsair, Seasonic, and PicoPSU power supplies with no problems. But like any item you purchase you get what you paid for. Corsair is a quality brand and is highly recommended. You should have no problem using an EVGA 80 Bronze PSU so long it has enough power for your parts. The rating is also important like 80 Bronze or 80 Gold. Hope this helps.
