Made some progression on the case this week. The Mountain Mods mATX Modular I/O Panel finally came in and....It did not fit. So I had to cut (Thanks Dad) out some of it, so it just snaps into the I/O panel area. Ordered a new DVD / Zip drive casing for the AGP. Painted my trim parts and case interior. Now working on laying out the components so I can figure out wire placement. What sucks is temp outside has been between 105 - 117 which makes the garage to hot to work in!

I will post a template soon of the alterations that I made to the Mountain Mods mATX Modular I/O Panel.

Nice build so far, look forward to the finished result. Interested in how you go with the internal blue ray drive as most abandon the idea mid way through the hack. As an FYI, I personally found the third party coolers of no thermal benefit over the stock coolers, at least in the power mac cases. If its just aesthetic's you are after then by all means go for it.
