Hi everyone,

I'm modding my Mac pro 2008 right now, and I was wondering if there is any chance to connect the power button directly to the atx board - without using the front panel's board...

Any ideas?

Thanks for your replies and sorry for my incredibly late reply...

@mmm6699
I also thought of that, but I want to stay at close to the original as possible.

Awesome build!
You managed to use the original power button, but how did you connect the wires?

My God man! You don't get enough props. I was checking out your full case build and that thing is beautiful! Love the attention to detail you got there. The style may not be for everyone but I can tell you put a bunch of time on filing, sanding and painting, and I love it.
