You can perform the clean installation entirely as described in Tony's guide. If you have the computer configuration like mine (PovoMac), the only difference which will take you to the installer are the correct boot strings. Use these (separated by <space> in a single command line):

GraphicsEnabler=Yes PCIRootUID=1 npci=0x2000 -v

This will let you get to the installer. Moreover, you will need to use the same flags every time you restart after installation, whether from USB, from freshly installed HD or after Multibeast installation, until you install the Chameleon Wizard, open Extra > org.chameleon.Boot.plist and check the following options:

npci=0x2000
Graphics enabler
PCIRoot=1

After this, your machine will boot without problems.
