Hey everybody, I would like to create a config dual boot win and macos and I need some little advice. Here is the configuration I would like to buy. I am trying to find out if anyone would have feedback from these components.

  • Intel Core i7-8700 (3.2 GHz) - 459.90 €
  • Gigabyte B360M D3P - 89.90 €
  • DDR4 Ballistix Sport LT, 2 x 4 Go, 2400 MHz, CAS 16 - 99.90 €
  • Be Quiet ! Pure Rock Slim - 25.90 €
  • Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 WindForce OC, 6 Go - 309.90 €
  • Seagate BarraCuda, 2 To - 74.90 €
  • Samsung Série 860 EVO, 250 Go, SATA III - 62.90 €
  • Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 - 44.90 €
  • Corsair CX450M, 450W - 57.90€

And if you have suggestions, tell me them

Your system as configured should be compatible with MacOS High Sierra, but not the latest Mojave since the GTX 1060 requires Nvidia web drivers to function fully and there are no Nvidia web drivers for Mojave at this time.

I would suggest you consider switching to an AMD RX 570 or RX 580 if you want to run Mojave and future versions of MacOS.
