Poland, Fiber, 12$/month

It's supposed to be a 1Gbit/sec but at this price I can't complain :)

Real achievable speed to most servers is around 500Mbit/sec

Budapest, Hungary. Fiber, $17/month. Super consistent and stable.

It's not much but it's fine for home use

Suddenlink cable in TX provides fast, reliable service for me. Paying $64 for 200 Mbps rated service, no data caps.

Far better than the AT&T U-verse 18 Mbps I used to have and for less money. Arguably though, it's not near as inexpensive as the fiber rates Budapest and Poland are reporting :)

Compared to other European countries (e.g Hungary, Poland), this is pretty bad for $17, although cable TV is included (they don't offer internet w/o TV anywhere for some reason). Seeing other peoples results it seems that you can get gigabit speeds for as low as $15 in Poland *sadface*.

I'm subscribed to a 100/40 connection on Australia's Fibre-to-the-Home NBN network (which has now been cancelled by the Government). This means I'm one of the luckiest people in Australia, seeing as most of us are on very slow ADSL.
