This configuration is stable for my mobo GA-X58-UD5 bios version F12. (MultiBeast 4.2.1)
For Graphic I have used other ketx. ^^

• Sleep and wake works, timed sleep only works with "PleaseSleep."[/*:m:2zp6z0dk]
• The ethernet worked perfectly OOTB but broke after installation of other drivers, then I needed to install the Realtek driver, which hasn't caused any new problems. [/*:m:2zp6z0dk]

• I'm not sure if I needed both 3rd Party SATA and 3rd Party eSATA, only SATA disks have been tested so far.[/*:m:2zp6z0dk]

This is for Lion 10.7.3:GA-X58A-UD3R rev. 2.0 MultiBeast setup.jpgLater, I disabled Generate P-States and C-States since I couldn't see a particular benefit to having them and enabled C2, C3 and C4 States via Chameleon Wizard.

I use the official Nvidia v270.00.00f01 driver (http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-270.00.00f01-driver.html) with the FERMI OpenCL patched GeForceGLDriver.bundle for 270.00.00f01 (http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=52086) for better overall performance, especially OpenGL. The best example of this is the Unigine Heaven 3.0 Benchmark Demo (http://unigine.com/products/heaven/download/): without this official Nvidia driver, there's a performance loss of over 10+ FPS!

FakeSMC is default for UserDSDT. See page 3 of the MultiBeast Features document which came with MultiBeast. So, you don't need to pick the defaults.
