For Geekbench testing hard disk speed doesn't matter, you can use a floppy disk and still get the same score. Only motherboard, cpu and memory and their settings matter with Geekbench.

Your system is stuck at lowest multiplier, turning speedstepping on will probably help. Try using GenerateCstates and GeneratePstates options in com.apple.Boot.plist.

The score is roughly double now
edit: ps - how were you able to determine that it was stuck at the lowest multiplier? Was it based on the scores alone, or something in System Information? My scores are much better now, but System Information looks the same.

Your score just matched with what i7 cpu's get running at 12 * 133 MHz.
