12684 in 32bit (free) edition...

I don;t know why it shows 1333MHz in the memory section whereas in system information it identifies truly as 1600MHz

How stable is your machine? And how in the world did you get it to 3.2GHz at stock voltage?? Mine won't do 3.2 under 1.25v!

At 3.2ghz it is 100% stable (prime95 for 24h) at stock voltage (1.2875v bios, 1.264 CPU-Z), it required a pencil mod for vdroop on my board (would drop a massive 0.06v when under load, now it is about 0.008). At that speed I get ~7800 in Geekbench.

For ~3.8ghz it requires about 1.48v, and as one would imagine it gets quite hot at that voltage..It is stable, just have to keep the fans running at high speed.
