Ok, I'll play. Nothing fancy...JellyfiSSH is the bleu shell...the ugly purple folder is Omnifocus, followed by MindNode. Snagit to the right of Evernote. Most of the time I use Alfred (a Spotlight replacement) to launch programs.

The most useful utility I run is Pathfinder, a Finder replacement. It should be shipped with OSX.
