Post SSD Alignment after cloning Lion with CCC

I'm wondering if anyone else here has had trouble aligning their SSD after cloning their HDD to a new SSD with Carbon Copy Cloner.

My drive contains an EFI partition, a Lion partition, and some unallocated space. Has anyone successfully realigned post install?

There are a few other threads around that say CCC can't make a bootable copy of a working startup drive, if that's what you mean. Experience bears this out. Some have suggested SuperDuper (sp?) but haven't tried that. I've had a few Oh Hell moments and wouldn't mind a backup.

CCC and SD can copy your hd to SSD but you steel have to run mutlibeast and install chimera on the copy if you want to boot from your new sdd.

I suppose I wasn't very clear. Lion boots fine off the SSD and everything works great. The only problem I'm having is that my partitions aren't aligned correctly (this is a common SSD problem when cloning a drive) according to this calculator: http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/other/157.

I'm wondering if anyone has success realigning and how they did it.
