It's so confusing with everyone using different settings, why not use the Basic or the Extreme setting in the app to avoid random user errors.

I can say that my score went up about 1100 from Mavericks tho

Mobo : GA-87-Z87X-UD5H
CPU : 4770K
GPU : Gigabyte GTX-980 standard clocked
Driver : 343.01.01f01
Mem : 32 Gb 1600
Res : 2560 * 1440

I think there's room for improvement as the driver gets updated

I've a similar configuration with Radeon 6670 and my report is too low (~350). I wonder how you could achieve much more? Would you mind if I ask to share your plist with me (or any trick :). Mine plist is below (I have dual monitor).
[/CODE]

Hey, so I have an HD 5670 on my iMac, but on my Hackintosh, I'm actually running a R9 280X (similar to a 7970). I can try running Heaven on my iMac and see what results I get later tonight. I actually have a HD 6670 at home that was originally in my Hackintosh that I'm trying to sell right now. I think the score might be low because the card is getting a little long in the tooth (mine at least, ASUS, didn't require any extra power from my power supply, so I think it wasn't as powerful as some of the newer cards out there). I'll check my plist too, but I have a feeling the low score is just due to the 6670 and not because of any type of settings. Hope that helps!

Would you mind running Heaven with everything maxed, 2560x1440 like I did two posts up? Curious to see how much the 980 outperforms the 780ti...

Hmm, my 970 is noticeably dragging its heels in Yosemite, it's a way off the pace in Heaven and has been relatively average in the few games I've tested it in.. blazing under Windows though. It's funny how some are getting much better performance from the Maxwells than others. The i7-920 holds it back a bit I'm sure, but still.

Edit: For the sake of comparison, I ran the same test using the OpenGL engine in Windows 7 (I know, not a direct comparison but the OpenGL renderer is as close as you can get) and got almost double the performance. This is both relieving and thoroughly disappointing in equal measure...........
