I don't think the RAM speed would come into play too much here although I'm not sure.

Did you set the CPU power states up in OSX and does the OS recognise your RAM speed?

My system definition is also set to 17,1 where I notice your's is 16,2, perhaps this will also have some effect? Sorry I'm still fairly new to this scene, did you run the test a few times to make sure?

I probably didn't do enough research on memory before hitting the order button. 2400 is what I bought.

No worries.

Not sure why my RAM speed didn't show up in the test results...

Probably just due to the speed difference, try it with the 17,1 definition though and see if it makes a difference. I went with that because I read somewhere that those machines have more similar hardware to what we have.

I'm kinda disappointed. Is this result compatible with my hardware (specs in my signature below)? Maybe that's because my RAM is 1333mhz, i guess.

I fixed it after the test, I enable XMP profile detection, I used 2x8gb at 2400Mhz.
