post install addition of a gpu?

I made a hackintosh using the integrated graphics, and was wondering if it would be possible to install a graphics card now or in the future? I used iboot supported though. My system is a gigabyte g31M-es2l and a pentium dual core e6500(which according to about this mac is a Core i5. Amuzing.)

It is possible to ad an additional GFX card to your current Setup.

However there are a few options which will make your life hell or easy, if you check the url provided it will show the list of compatible cards and what kexts or install methods are needed to get it going.
