Gonna be running a i7 4770 with h87n wifi mobo, 8gb corsair ram and gtx 750 ti with corsair 500 watt psu, will it be stable and decent enough for video editing? support latest mavericks and be future proof?

that looks like a good build. Can I suggest that you stick with a graphics card that the forums say to use? They are much easier to get going. All of they work Out of the Box.

Also, I would suggest getting an SSD. Dramatically increases the speed of your machine.
