Poor sound quality (hiss)

First I'd like to apologise if I'm posting at the wrong place. This is the second time I use this forum. Also I'm very newbie at this, so, not sure what informations are useful to seek help.
So, I successfully installed the Sierra 10.12.2 on my Sony Vaio laptop, but few things such as the audio is not working properly. The audio is very hiss (like a non functional radio on the background) when I use the laptop's speakers. It works fine when using headphones. Is there any way to fix that?

RAM: 4 GB DDR3L SDRAM
HD: 750 GB
