Poor Graphics and Intel i7 showing 3.41GHz instead 4.0GHz

Hi, This is my very first Desktop Hackintosh. Installation went smooth but I think there are some problem in graphics or something as I see a white and blue in the status menu up.
Also my i7 6700 is a 4GHz processor but its showing 3.41GHz.

The Intel HD 530 Integrated Graphics can have some graphic glitches in the top left of the screen.
Check Skylake Intel HD 530 Integrated Graphics Working as of 10.11.4

The About This Mac overview of the processor shows the Processor Base Frequency.
The i7-6700 Processor Base Frequency is 3.40 Ghz, and the Max Turbo Frequency is 4.00 Ghz so this is correct.

Thanks.

Also can you tell me about CPU Power Management ? I read few threads on 'SSDT' section. Is is compulsory for all to generate SSDT for CPU Power Management ? Most of the guides had skipped this part so i'm confused.
