Well, as I was saying, I never got SSDT working, so I'm still using clover patch.
At this point when installing system I would try High Sierra (on HFS, since APFS breaks a lot), which according to rumors has native NVME support.

@dmitry_matora , I have just setup another MB for my new Serria, and it have 2 x M.2 slot.
Using your method, the Plextor M.2 can only be recognized for one of the slot. However, it cannot be recognized in the another slot.

Using IOreg, I can see the Plextor M.2 in that slot, any hints how to fix it?
P.S.: I only use 1 slot at this time

i have no luck whit this and my 10.12.5 sierra .. it never detect my plextor nvme drive .. after patch with "NVMe_patches_10_12_3_plextor_liteon.plist" i put the kext in /S/L/E or /L/E repair permissions and nothing :(

Does Plextor m8pegn need any patches for High Sierra?

Actually High Sierra it needs same patches as Sierra does.

I also have problem on my Plextor M9pegn 512G nvme m2 SSD, might I use NVMe_patches_10_12_3_plextor_liteon.plist to generated HackrNVMeFamily.kext for this device? I have done the instruction "./patch_nvme.sh --spoof 10_12_3_plextor_liteon”, but it showed MD5 does not match expected MD5, could anyone help me where I’m miss or lost something ? Thank you very much.

MacOS: Mojave 10.14.4
